Disability discrimination act 1995
Since the first of October 2004, it has become law for small to medium sized businesses to provide undiscriminatory access to their goods and services.
This includes websites through which these goods and services are offered, 976 Design will ensure that your website meets these standards. The alternative? You could face prosecution under the discrimination act.
W3C standards
The W3C sets the standards that a web site must follow in order to address accessibility issues.
There are three levels of accessibility from single 'A' to triple 'AAA'. Wherever possible, 976 Design will ensure that your site meets the triple 'AAA' standard; providing the greatest accessibility to all your potential customers.
